Dr. Fotini is the absolute best. She fit me in on same-day notice for a dental emergency while I was traveling. I had an infection and a fractured tooth. She performed a tooth extraction on essentially no notice and then fit me in on a subsequent day to put in a bone graft and stitch me up. I barely felt any pain throughout the whole process.

Your experience here will be excellent from the moment you walk into the office. The front desk staff are welcoming and professional, and Dr. Fotini Chrispoulos is truly outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Dr. Fotini is absolutely great. I am a patient for over a year and have gotten multiple old fillings replaced, chipped front teeth fixed, two crowns, and cleaning every 6 months. All procedures have had excellent outcomes and Dr. Fotini and her team make everything comfortable and seamless.

Today was the first time that Dr. Chrisopoulos worked on my teeth. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with how quickly and smoothly she completed the work. I expected the process to take at least 2 hours, but she completed everything in half the time. Also, I was surprised at how comfortable I felt. Even the novocaine injection wasn't painful (which is a first for me). I highly recommend Dr. Chrispoulos!

My wife was searching for a Prosthodontist in the DC area to improve her smile when she found Dr. Fotini Chrisopoulos. I want start by saying that both my wife and I have had poor experiences with dental practices in the past but decided to give Avanti Dentistry in Tysons Corner, VA a try after reading reviews about Dr. Chrisopoulos and her approach towards her patients. As it turns out, this was the absolute best decision we could have made! The practice itself is very modern, in a nice location, and the staff are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Then we met Dr. Chrisopoulos and it was game over for us! I simply can not say enough about the amazing care and attention she provided to us. She is exceptionally warm, caring, takes the time to answer questions in detail, and has shown great empathy to both me and my wife which we greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Fotini. I came to her because of a problem I had with a dental implant. Since I was pregnant, I urgently needed help, and she immediately offered to assist me the next day. Her approach is very holistic. Before fixing the problem, she took the time to understand the condition of the implant, how it was placed, and even wanted to first consult my previous dentist in Spain to see if there was anything specific she needed to consider and get the exact measurements to adjust it without damaging it. She also listened to my history and my fears about dentists and take into account during the process. I appreciate that she took the time to explain each part of the process to me and gather the necessary information, even though it took more time, and she did it gently, carefully, and very professionally. Her team is also excellent in their care, and the clinic has a very good atmosphere. I will always return and always recommend it.
